It is my pleasure to recommend Alok Fadia as a consultant. His performance working for Home Trust proved that he would be a valuable addition to any company. I have worked with Alok for the past year and a half of his two year assignment with us, and managed him for past four months, in my capacity as Director, Master Data Management at Home Trust.
Our main project was the migration of our legacy system to an integrated SAP solution, and our team was responsible for the data conversion across all modules. The project was the largest IT initiative the company had ever undertaken, and we counted on a large team of high-performing consultants to see us through a successful go-live earlier this year. Working with another consultant, Alok was responsible for the conversion of CRM and CMS data from multiple source systems into SAP. This letter is my personal recommendation for Alok Fadia. Alok recently wrapped up a project working for me onsite at a high-profile client for almost two years. During that period, Alok proved to be an invaluable member of my project team who delivered top-quality work. I found him to be consistently pleasant whether working one on one or in group situation. His demeanour did not sway when working with non-technical client resources such as PM’s and BA’s, or with other external consultants – all parties were treated with courtesy and respect.
