This letter is my personal recommendation for Alok Fadia. Alok recently wrapped up a project working for me onsite at a high-profile client for almost two years. During that period, Alok proved to be an invaluable member of my project team who delivered top-quality work. I found him to be consistently pleasant whether working one on one or in group situation. His demeanour did not sway when working with non-technical client resources such as PM’s and BA’s, or with other external consultants – all parties were treated with courtesy and respect. Alok always conducted himself in a professional manner, even when under extreme pressure and when dealing with challenging clients. He was able to communicate his ideas effectively, and along with his attention to detail he enhanced each aspect of design on which he worked.

Our project was an SAP ERP conversion at a financial services company in Toronto, Canada. This was a large project involving hundreds of team members; it was very detail oriented and required a high level of flexibility and dedication from Alok. Alok’s responsibility included converting and validating CRM (Business Partner) and CMS (Collateral) Data from multiple source systems into SAP. Excelling at his deliveries, Alok contributed to successful delivery of critical CRM and CMS migration, resulting in over 99% accuracy and an elated client.

Alok has a deep understanding of the fundamentals of Data and processes, including SQL and programming. His ability to grasp complex business concepts and quickly learn what the business wishes to accomplish is excellent. Although we were focused on using Cognos toolset and SAP, he has an in depth knowledge of many Databases, ETL, Reporting and ERP systems.

I would not hesitate to recommend Alok for any work that requires Data management or analysis – whether it is in the field of Business Analytics or on speciality projects like Data conversion and ERP solutions.
